Music Man Records is run under the watchful eye of minimal
master Robert Hood and on this release, the Detroit legend
supports a stunning LP from Croatian techno producer Petar
Dundov.Escapements is the result of some 20 years of
experimentation with his synthesizers and a huge amount of
experience gained from playing at techno clubs around the
world. His productions as Brothers Yard are fully fledged club
classics, but this album veers away from optimised club tracks
to bear a large Euro-synth influence from his heroes Jean
Michel Jarre, Depeche Mode and Kraftwerk combined with
strongly classical techno refinements.
